Following a little twitter discussion about Top Gear music, it occurred to me that having it to listen to might be nice, and that an easy way to find all the music would be Spotify. So I set about finding the playlists someone else would have inevitably created.
It turns out that either my skill with Google is not as good as I thought, or no one else has done this. So I've made a start, using the resources at the Final Gear forums.
I have started with the current series, and will try and keep up as far as I can with it, and go back in time and cover older ones as well.
Alas, not all tracks are available on Spotify, and identifying all the bits of the music in the show isn't the easiest of tasks - where this is the case I have attempted to fill from my music collection, but where that isn't possible it will be noted in the blog post. Often, pieces of music are used thematically in the episode; the playlists will be created in order of the first use in the episode.
